Holding an Induction Workshop for the GFD Project Staff

Since we believe in the importance of improving the workplace skills in order to get the employees better skilled and the quality standards, RDP has conducted an orientation workshop on the project of general food assistance for the most vulnerable households to demonstrate its main objectives, outcomes, and detailed activities for all project members before the initiation of food baskets distribution. As long as training has consistently been shown to have positive long-term impacts, 14 males and 4 females have attended this training at Sana’a head office to raise their perception on households’ vulnerability criteria, protection aspects, and code of conduct.
