Working relentlessly to alleviate the soaring pain of internal displacement

The pain and suffering of internally displaced families never comes to an end. They remain vulnerable to exploitation and abuse and are deprived of most, if not all, basic human needs including adequate shelter, food, health and nutrition services. On this account, RDP, together with Sign of Hope e.V, are working relentlessly to alleviate the soaring pain of internal displacement, by implementing the food security and livelihood project which targets 90 households of IDPs located in Bajil district of AlHudaydah Gov.

During May, RDP starts the registration and verification processes for beneficiaries to ensure the eligibility of selected beneficiaries for the food security and livelihood project by verifying beneficiary lists based on the selection criteria. RDP also conducted community sensitization sessions about the project and the targeting criteria to community members and beneficiaries in Bajil district of A-Hudaydah governorate.
